The best of all the PUBLIX stores. I went when it first opened for a couple of months. I was disappointed because there was no way a disabled person to get up the ramp. I’m not disabled, but I was part of the DISABILITY ACT in 1990 . So, everywhere I go I look, finally since I was near, I stopped. I was more than pleased. It is so roomie. I had forgotten every single aisle was spotless and assorted in a fantastic way employees said hello I couldn’t find a particular product which I knew would be around the PHARMACY and in two seconds she told me the aisle. Check out, cashier and bag young man were excellent. I am glad to say this is my go to PUBLIX.

Staff at deli center and at sushi station need better training. Poor staff means poor training. I guess we can’t blame them. If you are disabled this might not be the store for you. If you are using uber or a taxi service this store is not sensitive to having seats outside or the distance that one needs to walk to get picked up. If you have ambulatory issues you might want to go to Dadeland. They seem to be more worried about the birds than accessibility for us needing transportation like Lyft, Uber or a friend picking you up.

This publix is ok and ok nothing else we could get something what we liked to eat or drink especially the costs is pretty high and unreliable! Nice location but nothing really changed for customer service nobody offered for help after everything changed a big time and closing too early!This Publix is okay, but nothing special. Two starts because when you need groceries it’s the only real option. Yes there is a Whole Foods, Fresh Market and a TJ nearby, but none of them carry main brands. Only two stars because Publix is price gouging its customers. Here is an example (see pics). That is 50% higher than Amazon for same exact product. Walmart is also significantly cheaper. Shame on Publix for taking advantage of people like this when food prices are already at a record high.
