I use the pharmacy at this location. I had a new prescription and it was out of stock. The pharmacy tech put me on hold and called around and found it at a nearby Walmart. He had the prescription sent to that location which texted me when it was ready. At the Walmart on 2266 Wyoming the pharmacy tech checked and found it wasn't covered by my wonderful health care plan, BCBS NM medicare . She then checked with Good RX and got my cost lowered by 50%. She is going to school to become a pharmacist. She also volunteered to check my vaccination records. Smarter and more caring then our federal fool RFK jr.

I saw some cute bunny ears for a dollar. Picked 3 different ones. Rang them up, 2 rang up at 5. I'm like, no, they are marked for 1. They kept me sitting there, not letting me go look myself for 5 minutes. They tag teamed me and said, no, they are 5 dollars. I go back and look myself. These people took away ALLLL the bunny ears except the one that rang up for 1 dollar. Go else where. One of the most dishonest managers ever.

This place seems to be having issues in the customer service and communication department. Trying to use two simple, valid coupons, and 3 separate people had no idea what to do when confronted with an error while scanning them. I had to go to an entirely different Walmart to use the coupons, and I got the proper assistance I needed, and successfully made my purchase. I also called to report this to someone higher up, and after explaining this, attempted to explain that most of their large and small Hormel Pepperoni packages had lots of gray pepperoni in the bags, and the person on the phone kept hurrying me along, like they were paying per minute or something, like they knew what I was about to say. I'm literally going out of my way, trying to make sure the store doesn't inconvenience, or worse, poison people, and they're acting like they don't have the time. That's unacceptable, and certainly not anywhere near proper customer service. The entire situation wasn't, so I hope someone takes charge and fixes these problems. And insulting someone when they clearly give you a compliment. It's a real wonder anyone who works here does for long. Who hires these people?

Items are constantly out of stock there and for months at a time, but available at the Walmart Neighborhood Market down the street? You tell them and say there is no control over this. The store manager should handle this, and now. I'm done and moving my prescriptions and business down the street.
