It was my first time coming to this particular Publix, and I had a great experience. Centrally located in Mint Hill in a santalone building with plenty of free parking, this Publix has just like any other of its kind has, including a variety of products to choose from, fresh produce, clean aisles and friendly staff. I came for milk, bread, cheese and fruit, and found everything I needed with decent prices. Overall, 100% recommended.

Great employees but they stand around in the hot food area talking to each other, when the cleanliness of the food area is a mess. It's unbecoming when paying $8.99 per lb for food. The excuse is high school students come in for lunch and make a mess. Hot food, sandwich area needs better maanagement.

I like going here. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. It's always clean and you never smell fish even with their fresh fish. Their sushi is really good and a great price and on Wednesdays they have some at only $5.

Whoever thought this new self checkout design was a great design needs to be fired. It is way too crowded and you almost get trapped and can't get out. It's hard to even get in when there's a person at the entrance of it blocking it with their cart. Tear down the snack wall so it's easier to access

Shout out to Miss Alicia with the cute pigtails!! Customer Service with a smile and witty banter. We couldn't locate a specific battery while shopping, but she overheard us discussing it and pointed us to the clearance rack where she remembered seeing A LOAD of batteries. We are so grateful for her help and for the bonus of her personable approach ❤️ You made Publix shine today Alicia!!
