Stopped by Publix at Steele Creek Crossing today and had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. Matthew in the deli area was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely down to earth. He made the experience feel welcoming instead of transactional, and that level of customer service deserves recognition. Lauren from the bakery side was phenomenal as well. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and honestly did an amazing job helping us with selections and recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what she does. Both Matthew and Lauren represented Publix extremely well today. Excellent service, positive attitudes, and the kind of energy that keeps customers coming back. Huge shout out to both of them for making our visit such a pleasant one.

First time at Publix Super Market, and we were impressed by the store being well-lit, and the items we were shopping for were readily available. The produce section was really top-notch notch with their selection and quality. The store, on a whole, was well stocked in each of their departments The staff was also helpful and had good customer service that day

I've been a Publix customer for several years now and always receive fantastic service there. The produce section of this store has been a bit disappointing compared to what I'm used to at Publix both in selection and quality. Not terrible but also not great. That said, I still prefer Publix to most grocery options in the area and would readily recommend it.

Came here Friday for a chicken tender salad my mom wanted. I'd never heard of it...I looked around didn't see it, so I approached the ladies out on the sales floor asked them about it. 1 she was a manager I believe she confirmed they have it I just had to get it made to order. The younger lady goes we don't have any tenders its gonna take 15 minutes. I think she hoped that the wait was gonna deter me from waiting around. So the Manger goes are you shopping for anything else? I said No, that I came specifically for the salad, she said well if you don't mind waiting we can make it for you. Ok cool no problem I waited. Shopped around got my mom flowers on Friday instead of Sundays like I usually do. Through waiting the 15 minutes more people showed up. Once the man from the back said tenders was up the young man asked us customers how many of us were waiting on tenders. About 3/5 of the waiting customers were. The young lady says its time for my break. And she left, then the young man proceeds to ask the lady working the hot bar what kind of bread she wanted for her chicken tenders sub. With 5 people waiting? I did not like that at all. I felt totally disregarded as a customer. I frequent publix often for the sushi, kosher banana muffins, the meat department has a awesome salmon meal for 1 I like to get for my mom to make her weeks more convenient...plus the bouquets being 3 for 12 awesome deal which is why I get my mom flowers every Sunday. Not anymore. I felt like my patronage and time was not valued so I'll shop at Harris teeter from now on since thats the next best thing.

The lady at bakery was extremely rude. My fiance and I came to place a wedding cake order, and she told us we would have to come back another day because they were too busy with cakes. I told her our wedding was months away, that we just wanted to place the order as we had already looked through the kiosk. She told me we would still need to come back because she was too busy, mind you there was another lady there as well. I didn’t appreciate her attitude, so I told her I would just go to another location. The following weekend we went to the one located off Tyron closer to the highway, and they were so kind. One lady actually told us about the tasting which we didn’t know about and was so helpful with explaining everything. It would’ve been nice if the other lady could’ve just taken the time to explain the process including the tasting versus just being dismissive. I understand being busy, but being rude I don’t get.
