I want to give them four stars five stars I would think there would be an overall rule on all the food that they make with the subs in the deli department They need to be better about their staffing I've went in there a few times for a sub a whole sub, only two people that I can tell you for sure make those sandwiches great This is older white guy I think named Ryan And it's this smaller white girl They both seem to really know what to do in making the subs I watched a lady today make my sub and I said put black olives heavy on at the end and whatever life glitch happened I opened my sub and I eat it and taste no black olives and see none I'm posting because people need to be aware you have to catch the right people in there or be very mean and make them work and unfortunately language barriers one or both sides lead to issues like this too All that to say the Publix deli sub crew are not on the same page.....

There is no reason David should be making subs by himself especially at such a busy time like after 5. That area needs to be cleaned as well ! Flys can’t be eliminated but can be controlled. They’re on every piece of bread. Still a great Publix!

Verified picking up a cake yesterday with this market for my 50th birthday. Snow hit today and they called to verify if we still wanted the cake. We did so we even drove down early to get it. They said it would not be ready till 11. We went home and called at 11 to go get it and they canceled it to leave early. Why verify twice to cancel and not call us? Thanks for ruining my 50th birthday……

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the bakery department at this location. I ordered a fruit cake for my daughter’s 6th birthday, including a “Happy Birthday” message written on the cake. The order was placed more than three days before the pickup date. However, when we arrived to pick it up at 6 PM on Monday, 5/4/26, the cake was completely blank with no writing at all. The only explanation provided by the bakery employee was that “the decorator already left.” This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable considering the cake was pre-ordered well in advance and still incomplete, yet I was charged full price. Very disappointing experience — never again.

I always say every Publix is my favorite so I might be a little biased, haha! But this location truly stands out. The people here are genuinely kind, friendly, and go out of their way to help.
