This location generally will not accept walk-ins for certain vaccines unlike other Publix pharmacies in the Nashville area. If no one is available by telephone, you are instructed to leave a message. However, it has been my experience that calls are not returned. If what has been prescribed for you is unavailable or has to be ordered, they do not let you know that. However, the pharmacy staff is very pleasant.

So far, so good! Just switched over from another big pharmacy when I just couldn’t take it anymore. After reading some of the negative reviews on this site, I have to say that I think it could be an industry wide thing that pharmacies are understaffed. However, the pharmacist and staff here were very friendly and helpful. I’ll take that as a big win! Hopefully things will go smoothly.

Called to check on medication availability, was confirmed medications available at this location. Get to the store and felt like the twilight zone, the young man at the counter spoke so softly you could not hear him. The pharmacist he was working with to answer questions on why the cost was 4000.00 when with insurance it the copay is 4.00. I have come to expect a excellent customer service experience from publix across the board. This pharmacy was rude, lacked any empathy. They did as little as possible to help.

Very poor record keeping and communication. A consistent pattern I’ve observed over the last 2 years. Nothing I do on my end seems to improve their ineffectiveness in these domains. On the positive side, most of them are super friendly. I think they’re chronically understaffed.

Everyone at Publix is very helpful and nice. Publix Pharmacy at the Hill Center is the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. Everyone is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service.
