I just bought a clearly Canadian Country Raspberry Water! My favorite sparkling water! I opened it to see that it has already been opened already. There is no point taking it back they’re very rude and disrespectful to me in this store. So I have to take it as lost. But I won’t purchase with this Publix. The one Charlotte Pike are very welcoming and nice to me. Just want people to check the items before purchasing.

It's such easy access from St Thomas West. I have spent practically the whole year there with my friend. The food that we prefer is the Sushi and the yogurt fruit cups that are made in store.

Very poor experience today. While checking out with a cashier who was quite nice and chatty and a bagger they left my meat out of my bags somehow so I was charged but no meat when I got home. It was supposed to be dinner for the family and too late to head back out all the way back. I called to see if they had it and it was highly unsatisfactory experience calling over there. She said bring your receipt and we can replace it. Fine but I didn’t get a receipt, it’s something with the app setting that it doesn’t print receipts and it’s an old number and I can’t get into my app anymore so I can’t get a receipt. When asked if they found the Chicken she didn’t check, she just asserted if it’s left at the register and perishable they put it back immediately. And I asked if they attempt to look for the person since it’s only going to be the last sale or so and she literally said nothing except is there anything else I can help you with. Clearly done with me in the most passive aggressive non apoplectic way possible and Publix gets to see the chicken twice. Lucky them.

I made the mistake of picking up what I thought was freshly made 8 pieces of chicken from deli. Around late 10 am ish in morning. Brest meat was dry as beep and hard. Do they just reheat the leftovers from day before? My Publix near my house does not do this. Avoid deli stuff here.

The Publix supermarket was close to our hotel, which was very convenient. The store was very clean and well organized. There was nice large variety of products and prices seems competitive. Our checkout was speedy and the cashier was friendly. I highly recommend.
