First I was shocked when I heard my quarter sheet cake with a simple plastic character mask on top was going to be $40. But I placed the order so, my fault. I was okay with it because public's cakes are usually good. I had a marble cake , and it was very dry. The corners were almost crumbly. I didn't get a filling inside because she assured me that there would be buttercream between the layers. However , no buttercream was seen just a little wetness where it would have been , if they had put enough to be noticeable. Very disappointed in due to the price increase. I don't think I'll be going back to publix for a cake

Always go see Brett in the deli. He is naturally social and authentic. He also takes great care of his customers by making each meal with care. I keep going back based on his service with a smile and professionalism. Publix is now one of my favorite places to shop based on multiple interactions with this man. Highly recommend.

Always have had a good experience here.... The employees know their store which makes them very helpful.... And I'm no expert at anything... But to me the fruits and vegetables are always great .... Like they just got them from the farm... and the bakery seems like they just finished cooking what you wanted and had it waiting just for you... It seems that fresh...

I’m very disappointed tonight my husband got a rotisserie chicken here that was not cooked properly. I’ve bought this so many times (not from this location) First I was wondering why it would not pull off the bone the way it normally does when it’s tender. This was so tough, wet and slimy. I’ve never gotten a rotisserie that was totally wet on the inside. I then started to cut more to see why this chicken was so awful, I then see it’s raw!!! I’m very concerned and upset because I tasted this not knowing it was undercooked and unevenly cooked. How can this be both undercooked and when trying to cut the bones break so easily. Disgusting. I wrote this review bc my stomach hurts and I can’t believe they gave something undercooked that can make someone sick. My hubby said it was only two people working over there, being understaffed and rushing on peoples food is wrong. This was not cooked at the right temp, time clearly and noone bothered to check the temperature I see. Do better regarding health and safety because this is unacceptable, I will have to report to the health department. I let the manager know, he mentioned a refund that is not of my concern my concern is getting sick. Stomach virus is the worst and I would think I could trust Publix.
