What was a routine transaction at the service desk to retrieve a money order ended up being an unforgettable experience. Josh W. is fantastic on the service desk! His warm and friendly energy is very welcoming. He gave me some small talk about the weather & asked me what my evening plans were. Our quick, but special chat was amazing. With the money order in my hand,, he ended service with a smile. I come to this store occassionally as I work out this way. But this is the first time I have had service like this at this location. Josh definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Josh W.!

Lynette at the Publix deli counter is an absolute gem. She is always so sweet and patient, even when the line gets long or orders get complicated. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a good job and making customers happy. The best part is that she does not skimp on toppings. Every sub she makes is stacked just right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a big difference. Publix is lucky to have her!

Janae & Dee who work in the meats and Cheeses department are the sweetest most helpful staff members. Super clean and well kept area and they just provided the utmost hospitality!

There is a shorter bald guy with glasses that works in one of the meat departments or near it. He is very weird and rude. I asked him where the hot dog wieners were and he pointed towards this cooler so I went to it and started looking for what I wanted. About one minute or less later, he comes up from behind me and says something to me but I didn’t understand as he has a foreign accent. I then turned around to see what he was saying to me but was still confused. I saw that he had a few items in his hand and assumed he was needing to put the items in the cooler which I was annoyed as I was shopping but I moved over a little bit from the door of the cooler. He then proceeds to look at hot dog writers in front of me and picks out what he wants. I then realized he was shopping for himself and was either asking or telling me to move out of his way. Good thing for him that I didn’t feel like dealing with a negative situation so I just said oh ok thanks for getting in my way so you can shop and just stared at him. He mumbled something that wasn’t in English and grabbed what he wanted and walked off. Is this how your employees treat your customers? Grown man acting like a fool with little man syndrome.

The bakery custom cakes are always perfect, they are ready on time and so delicious! The staff is super kind. I really appreciate you guys.
