I find that sometimes I have mixed experiences when it comes to Publix. However, I had the best interactions and customer services today at this location. Ashley and Hayden are some of the sweetest individual that I have interacted with thus far. They both greeted me when I walked in. At checkout, they were so helpful with bagging my groceries based on type of items I had (frozen, refrigerated, shelf). Cheers for them! Thank you Ashley and Hayden for a positive experience!

Staff is friendly and it’s pretty clean and well laid out compared to the average Kroger that looks like a bomb hit it.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the deli staff for the outstanding service they provide every single day. I absolutely love the diversity of the team and the professionalism they consistently show. The deli crew and the hot bar staff are truly the best , friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Every time I stop by for a bite or a quick shopping trip, they make the experience enjoyable. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and dedication don’t go unnoticed. I genuinely hope the store manager recognizes just how amazing this entire deli team is. They deserve the appreciation! Thank you to each and every one of you for the great work you do. I came here for lunch cause I was starving and craving a wrap. The person who made my lunch was professional. My problem was how he didn’t change his gloves In between customers. Normally they wear a glove over them cut glove but he didn’t which would cause cross contamination. I asked for my wrap to be toasted and he did for 10 seconds so my wrap was still cold. The way he folded the wrap made it seem like he was just closing it. Wasn’t impressed at all. They weren’t even busy. I’m not saying I won’t go back to Publix but I may have to rethink this location.
