I am going to give a five star to this Publix because it’s well kept and very well stocked. But I do wanna give a zero star to an Older gentleman, by the name of Corey that works in the deli, I asked him if there was any sweet tea available not because they were buy one get one free, but I love the Publix brand sweet tea. We no longer drink Milo’s because Publix brand is so much better. He immediately said he was busy and another employee that was so nice asking that I needed help. He immediately say we’re out we’re out. I had a nice lady by the name of Christy, apologized and tell me that they were not out, and she would go and get some. I didn’t wait more than five minutes and she rolled out with many to stock up. You know when you get older, which I’m 56 years old, I know we get grouchy overwhelmed that times, but this man is so rude, Maybe he doesn’t need to be working with people or around people he might need to be working in the Back warehouse or something. I will keep him in my prayers as the Christian woman that I am.

Idk why of all the Publix, I have to live by the one that can’t make donuts. No matter what day I come in, they’re still selling donuts that look like they got 6 hour shelf life left. They make them fresh then eat them in the back, whatever is left they sell in 3 days. Deli is fantastic tho! Along with all other departments. Customer service and grocery is great and well stocked! However I’m still dissatisfied with the chocolate iced donuts always looking stale and dehydrated and not tasting much better.

Staff is always nice. Store is clean. It has local products which is great.

My experience with RPH or tech- Heba was terrible! After not being able to locate where they had stored my medication for pickup, I had to wait 30 mins for another young man to finally locate the correct bin.. I had paid for my medication but wanted to verify with the clinic if there were refills. I told the tech I would leave the med with them but Heba advised I would not be able to take the receipt. I wasn't far just a few feet for privacy in order to make the quick call. Heba would not give me my receipt stating it had to remain with them. I told her that I did not understand that process because I had already paid and my cc approved the transaction. At any rate, she proceeded to stand back and smirk at me. All I could think was: What's so funny? Moreover, she seemed annoyed because I was asking questions about the medication. Again, my cc had already been charged the $149; but she acting as if I couldn't afford the medication because I had questions. I told her I didn't have a problem paying for the med but I am entitled to ask questions. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not fill at this store since I am not valued.

Very clean and well stocked store, especially after the last weekend snow/ice storm. I had several employees ask if I needed help finding anything. Nice to see retailers still having customer service!!!!!
