Absolutely love this store and everyone working here. That being said , when I come once a week I buy a lot of groceries. Like a lot. I have a family of 4 with a autistic son who is extremely picky, problem with textures and only drinks one kind of juice and a husband that needs extra drinks and snacks because he's out in the elements working everyday. So I'm I have to stock up on everyone's go tos. My suggestion to the staff, please don't make comments/ask questions about my groceries. Here are examples:" Wow! You sure buy alot of stuff! Is this all yours or you have a few orders ?! Are you door dashing?? Are y'all going to the game this weekend, Is that why you got all these groceries?! How many kids do you got, that's a lot! Oh or my Favorite. Apologizing to the person behind me that had to wait while they scanned and bagged my large order as I walk away. Way to make someone feel like crap for holding up the line, that's where y'all open another lane. Apologize for not doing that not for me. I spend sometimes a lot a week then got forbid we have a birthday or event then it's definitely on the higher side.Just be mindful of the comment you make to others,those comments can be rude no matter how nice you say it. Bakery order, birthday cake: Waited at counter too long before finally being acknowledged. Cake order was definitely not what I ordered thru their app. Icing was not buttercream. No custard between layers cake was supposed to be cut to shape s 60, not done. The icing on the top layer was every bit of .75 inches deep. Accepted the cake anyways, because I didn't have time to do another order or do over. Definitely not up to Publix standards. Maybe place your order somewhere else, such as Kroger or Walmart as both are very close by. There's also a locally owned bakery towards Donelson, a little past the post office. A serious fumble by Publix...

Even me being late on Thanksgiving for a dessert their bakery still came through and made a beautiful dish to take to the family that type of customer service is nowadays almost doesn't exist anymore. All of y'all do a great job!!!! keep it up!!!

I love shopping at this publix! it can be busy at times but the people are always super nice! also they carry some groceries i enjoy that other places may not have like trufruit freeze dried raspberries. I also like that they switch up their sales and at times offer some nice savings on items. I would recommend to try this publix if your in the area. The deli serves up some amazing wings and dipping sauces I would definitely recommend even for picky eaters!

Publix cashiers have great customer service always friendly you g people who work here. The delivery counter makes great sandwiches and the butcher in the back is friendly and can make recommendations.
