I'vs felt an internal push lately to ask a few employees for their names, I've encountered in different stores, places. With the intention of leaving a review. This evening I was compelled to stop, take the time to write this review re: how it makes all the difference, genuine warm authenticity... I'd come after a loved one I've been caring for as well as the four-legged furry family member :-) after losing our lifelong home and my mother to the hurricanes over a year ago, coming straight from the ICU, with a half hour to spare before it closed I really couldn't imagine anything lifting my spirits today, or to feel lighter, but these two wonderful! Employees, girls ar the Britton plaza, Publix: !Myrelis and Marista! It was a minute to close and they said let us help you please! I said no it's fine I can get it I promise you and they just helped anyway as they did in the store but having a great product and a great store it's the magical combination of employees with a personability, and truly authentic kind helpful sincere demeanor. Well that's the combination that keeps people coming back. I'm a South Tampa native, I've been to this Publix probably a thousand times over my lifetime as well as the others in South Tampa but even though this is a few miles out of the way these girls, is wonderful assets and human beings, are the reason that I will take the time to shop here more often. A warm welcoming helpful, almost contagious spirit, going above and beyond, with enthusiasm, that's what truly makes a great store, service aside from the quality, a food and products here, bogos, pricing and expectations,... The customer service, personability, can, and DOES make ALL THE DIFFERENCE! AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND INTERACTION Myrelis and Marista! And kudos to you Publix for hiring such wonderful people! That match your wonderful selection of fresh, organic, healthy, and (not so healthy) :) mouth-watering treats we all crave at times! I hope we can all start to take the time to recognize those who actually make a difference in our day! I pledge to do so myself!

I absolutely love Publix! Especially this Publix! I have been coming here for several years and I do not have one complaint. Their shelves are always stocked with plenty of choices at great prices and their Bogo's are wonderful! They also carry a wide variety of vegan and organic food which is awesome! Something for everyone. 😀

Horrible customer service..will never shop there again.On top of that ,they have lots of products in the wrong spot.. purchased a couple things..and everything was Higher then what the tag said..here’s a perfect example…

Robin with the bakery department was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had our dream wedding cake (and it tasted delicious). Out of all our wedding vendors, she’s the only one that didnt let me down at some point (honestly lol). The process was easy and she delivered. Thank you for making this detail of our wedding so special!

This review is for their wedding cake department. We had a wonderful experience! Robin is an absolute rock star! She gave us so much advice on both our selection and also on how to store our top layer for our 1 year anniversary. We actually used Britton for the tasting and ordering both the cake and getting ready food, but had another location, that was closer to our venue, make and deliver the food. Both locations worked seamlessly with each other. The food was delicious and delivered on time with no issues. It was a wonderful experience!
