Publix Super Market at USF

I was on campus a while ago getting some stuff for me and my daughter. I got a couple of stethoscopes and a USF T shirt that I still love! I needed some stuff to make a salad for dinner and a few other items to keep me in fresh produce. I bought some Strawberries,Romaine lettuce , Feta cheese and tomatoes. I was set. The salad was delicious and enjoyable!

Love the this publix still care about customer service and don't have those self checkout, they still got one of one customer care and still friendly human contact place as publix model was shopping was a pleasure. I don't give it a 5 stars because need to get a bigger spot for sushi,every time I go never got nothing. But customer service its fantastic and as I said before making it a nice place to shopping as no got the overwhelming self checkouts and the non personal friendly atmosphere. Wish publix stop adding self checkout robots and go back to human caring kind wonderful pleasure shopping experience with human to human communication skills and all the nice stuff only having a human can do. I use to love to go to my publix in pinellas park the people in produce cashiers smiling friendly smelling the bread baking but after adding self checkout, everything the was unique and wonderful about publix its not longer a pleasure to shopping there. It was wonderful to find it on this publix again.

Service has dwindled. Managers not responsive (Tyler) and the prices at this one are higher and less bogo. The bakery is struggling with quality of products and variety, deli products look old and a mess!!!. Definitely has fallen. And no sub specials 🧐 how? I almost took a photo of all the staff standing around while Patrick alone handling everything. Cannot come to this location anymore for much bakery truly needs a rehaul I bought the canollis- absolutely stale shells but had to eat them all because of course the sub was soaked because you all can't teach everyone to press down the toppings if someone puts sauce at the end so they put it on top then just wrap the sandwich so your entire sub is soaked. This is the closest Publix to me and of course surprise it's the worse one. And my sub has 6 pieces of meat! An ultimate with 6 super thin slices, like seriously this location is sad. Very disappointing.

I was very happy and surprised to see the staff at this Publix store was unbelievable professional, kind, very helpful and educated. From the moment I asked the female staff at the lottery desk about the black berry discount information until I checked out. We have many important subjects discussed and for those keywords regarding to our life. The focus and humble attitude made me willing to help buy more products from this branch. So many young people offered me help with joyful attitude. I was very happy that I had a good good time in this Publix store.

I always have a great experience at this Publix! The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help, which really makes a difference. The deli and bakery are always fresh, and checkout is quick and efficient. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent customer service. This is by far one of the best grocery stores in the area—I highly recommend it!
