Publix in Tampa, FL truly went above and beyond for my family. I reserved a special-made birthday cake for my daughter online, and when I reviewed the confirmation email, I realized the date was incorrect. I wasn’t sure where the error occurred, but I immediately called the store — and the response was incredible. They handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and urgency, especially considering it was a same-day request. The issue was corrected quickly, without stress, and with genuine care and understanding. This experience really showed the level of customer service Publix stands for. It wasn’t just about fixing an order — it was about making sure a child’s birthday wasn’t impacted, and that meant everything to me as a parent. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience. Truly appreciated

This is our favorite and only grocery shop to go to. Staff are really nice. We have been returning customers since 2023. We were just there this morning and I just realized I hadn’t submitted any review yet. Staff were very nice and accommodated our special request. And we were there early in the morning! Thanks to all the staff who work there! Great team!

I have been going to Publix for over 50 years, starting at Miami Shores store on US1 . The Publix in Temple Terrace on 53rd Street, in Terrace Ridge plaza is probably the best Publix I've ever been in,, and I've lived in many different parts of Tampa. The staff is always smiling, and willing to help you find anything and they will even read labels for you, if you forgot your reading glasses. . Everyone has a smile on their face and the manager Todd, runs a very tight ship, which is a reflection on the manager. Todd also works on Sunday and closes the store which in my opinion makes him a great manager. Since I shop at that Publix, I never want to see Todd leave that store because it's the cleanest Publix I've ever been in, and it's roughly 50,000 sq, which in my opinion is one of the biggest stores in the state. And the pharmacy and their staff are extremely nice and I get all my prescriptions there for the last 10 years or more. The store was originally built around 1985 and I used to shop there when I lived in Temple Terrace back then. During the pandemic they rebuilt the complete store after knocking down all the walls and made Bigger isles and lights that light up as you come down the aisles, which means more space for you to walk through. I really enjoy that store because the staff is so helpful and everyone has a smile on their face from the manager down to the stock boys. It only lets you give 5 stars on Google reviews, but this Publix deserves 10. Next time I am in the store, I will take some photos, and add them to this review by editing this review. Thank you very much for reading my review. I wanted to edit my review and I went back to Publix, yesterday on the 29th of August. They had some amazing bogos and I'm going to go back there today. They had the simply lemonade and the simply watermelon at 2 for 7, or 2 for 6, I forgot. Then they had Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches I get the healthy ones with the egg on the outside but they are $7.95 a piece for the ciabattas also and they have those on bogo. I also want to mention a few other names of people that really make that store different than the other publix stores around. Jessica is the customer service manager and she always has a smile on her face and always willing to help me when Todd is not there. Also there are two cashiers named Joyce and Christian. Joyce wraps your sushi or your soup perfect and Christian is a very personable young man and very respectful he was bagging some groceries yesterday and I asked him if he would take the time and help me load up my car because I forgot the insulated bags in my trunk. And of course he just jumped and came with me. I also added some pictures and you could see how big the aisles are and I took one at the middle of the store and then went to the south and then went to the north and you could see what roughly 55,000 sq ft² looks like. Notice how wide the aisles are and like I said before all the merchandise lights up as you walk through it. I went around 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. , and the big crowds did not hit yet, so it was very pleasant.. Keep it up guys You're doing a great job. I'm heading back there now for some more bogos because I saved over $40 to $50 yesterday.. also the sargento cheese is buy one get one free or something like two for four or two for 5, and that's a great deal also. I think one of the ice creams might have been on sale at buy one get one free(Edy's) also but I only eat Mayfield's because I don't like high fructose corn syrup. well thank you for reading my review oh and also the cans of cat food have reveal which is like a $1.69 a can was BOGO also and they marked the price down. And that is grain-free and your cat will love it there's no byproducts in that and they're mostly fish and trees including tuna and tuna broth and salmon etc. My cat loves that food and if you go in a pet store it's $2.59 for a decent can of cat food.

Publix is the best supermarket you can go to. Sure you pay a little bit more over the other places. But the stores are extremely clean, well stocked, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I really enjoy their sub sandwiches. Their fried chicken and chicken wings family meals are always a nice option, if you are in the mood for it. Just a pleasure to shop there, you don't leave feeling exhausted from dealing with over crowded, messy stores like you do from the other places. It's my prefered place to go if I have to goto a grocery store.

Beautiful well stocked store but when I went to buy ball park hot dogs and saw they were $7.85 for a package of 8, I walked out. Went to Walmart and same hot dogs were $2.89
