YAY, my lucky day when I lined up in aisle #5!!! One of the managers told me that it would be the fast lane, but it turned out to also be the fun aisle with smiling faces and great attitudes. Good people to represent your company. Not only were they very efficient but also genuinely kind and nice. By the end of my short time there, I had a smile on my face, which was very welcome since I had been having a frustrating day. Robyn had seen me pulling and pushing my two very full carts into the aisle, so she took the initiative to help me. Then, her organizational skills went into hyper mode by grouping the items on the conveyor belt. Deshaun was a treat by being a speedy checker and then even laughing at some of my comments. Thankfully, Coach was not only efficient at packing the groceries but also thoughtful to not get the large sacks too heavy since I had to carry them down docks, across barges, and then down onto the tug. At the end, Robyn insisted on helping me out until all the provisions were loaded into the vehicle. Publix, treat your employees well, especially these three women because they are exemplary. P.S. The following day on Saturday, Najib was so friendly and helpful in the deli showing me the new setup and discussing the sale items, that I actually bought more than I normally would have for the same trip. Great salesman, who was not at all pushy.

I’ve been shopping at Publix for years, and while the stores are clean and the service is usually somewhat okay, the prices have gotten noticeably higher on everyday items. After doing a few side by side comparisons with my regular grocery list, I was surprised to find that Whole Foods actually came out cheaper on many of the products I buy regularly especially produce, pantry staples, and their 365 brand. If you’re trying to save money without sacrificing quality, it’s worth checking out Whole Foods. With their frequent price drops, sales, and solid store brand options, I consistently spend less there than I do at Publix now.

I am disappointed about customer service. At 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, and as they have just opened. The coffee creamer were not restocked, some available ones were empty in addition, not a choice available for a non-flavored coffee creamer, they were also out of sugar. I would have not been surprised if that was happening at the end of the day. But at 8:00-8:30 a.m.? They open at 7:00 a.m. I would highly appreciate it if they would have all those items re-stocked. This is a poor service to customers.

Clean! Spacious! Great selection too! Jan was so helpful and went out of her way to offer items of ideas for our needs. Plenty of parking and very easily accessible. Self checkout was easy fast and smooth. Absolutely gorgeous fresh fruit and vegetables. Great Publix! This will be out choice in Yampa!!

Worst deli ever. Anytime I order online it’s never ready at the promised time. When you go deli in store you’ll stand there for 5 minutes before anyone greets you or ask if you need any help, then they act like it’s a hassle to do their job. Heaven forbid if there anyone in line then you’re talking a good 30 min wait. There was just one other person and myself at the deli and I was able to write this review before they even looked up the at either of us. The store itself is five star! The deli, however, is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced
