Please get more of the Marshmellow Delight in your deli!! I have looked for three weeks and none in any of your Mauldin and Simpsonville stores. You had it for three to four weeks and now nothing!! I can’t keep driving to these stores and checking! Obviously it is a good seller or you wouldn’t be out !! Thank you

This Publix Store "Market at Boiling Springs", has had issues since day one of opening. Hard to find someone that acknowledges you from entering the store or when looking for an item. Store shelfs are empty of some items needed. This is an ongoing issue. Deli surely needs people that knows how to slice meat and cheese. This again has been a ongoing issue. I will say that there are a few employees that will go out of there way to help and even smile when doing it. I guess you could call this store a "Work in Progress". I will drive to the Hillcrest location for all of the above statements. I can always be rest assured to have a great shopping experience. Thank You

Come to Charlotte NC University City and Reedy Creek we don't need anymore stores in South Charlotte!

While I love shopping at Publix throughout the year, Publix stores still do not have an understanding of the Jewish Holiday, Passover. My local store told me to expect a shipment of Egg Matzah today, but it was not Kosher for Passover, and thus I could not buy it for the holiday. The managers ordering these foods really need to be educated on what is appropriate for Passover consumption. Since the holiday lasts for 8 days, Jewish shoppers need a lot of items. Perhaps those ordering should consult with local synagogues as to what are appropriate foods. It would then make "shopping a pleasure" for Jewish customers.

I am so very disappointed in Publix right now. I grew up on Publix in Florida and always made that my go- to for groceries. My grandson was hired by our local Publix in North Carolina where we now live and I was so excited and told him what a great company it was. Wrong! I was wrong! He has been working as cashier. He is 19, graduated school and just wanted a full-time job to support himself. He is a great kid. Always on time and does his best at it. He started out with great hours but over the approximately 3 months that he has been there his hours have been less and less. He was told for this week that he was scheduled to come in 1-9 today only to find out after his 20 min. drive to work from another mgr. he does not work today and that for the whole week he only works 5 hrs. Who can live off 5 hours a week? He then asked her if everything was ok and if he was doing what was expected of him and the manager said yes but they have hired a lot of high school kids so they have to spread out the hours. That is not right! You cannot do that to a person who is trying to support themselves. He is an adult not in school and 5 hours does not pay the bills. So is everybody that works there now just getting "5" hours? It breaks my heart that they can't treat an employee better than this just be honest!
