Especially with the outside of groceries these days, stores need to do a better job of making sure they are selling safe goods. Went here this morning to get hot dogs and rolls. Got ready to grill them only to find the hot dogs were 4 weeks past their sell by date. Four weeks! That's not a little bit. And the rolls, while still within their sell by date period, had clear mold spots. As in blue. Visible through the bag. It sucks that these grocery stores don't do a better job. We should be able to trust that what we are paying for is safe and reasonable. Unfortunately it seems the shoppers need to do the job of the stores now, checking each item over for expiration and quality. Can't wait for Wegmans. I have never had this happen their.

I have no choice but to do store pickup due to illness. For the most part I get decent service from Instacart, but you guys need to help your customers. I placed an order to be picked up between 9-10am because I wanted a rotisserie chicken and I know they don't come out before 9. Instacart fills my order and sends a "order ready" notice at 8 telling me the chicken wasn't available so it will be refunded. When I call instacart CS, they apologize and say "we will be happy to refund you for the chicken." They are oblivious to the issue. They have a serious training issue that can be easily addressed, but it's easier to ignore it - it reflects on PUBLIX!!!

I really love Publix, especially their sandwiches — you definitely have to try them! The store is always clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is fresh. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.

Stopped by here for a few sandwiches on a Friday night. The 2 employees who helped me were phenomenal and were very friendly. Food was very good. This will remain one of my favorite Publix stores in the lower Charlotte area.

The pharmacy department deserves its own praise. One of the biggest stressors is being told a medication is out of stock at your usual big-box drugstore. Publix pharmacy consistently carries a more robust inventory, often having those specific or less common medications in stock when other pharmacies are facing backorders. Their pharmacists are also incredibly accessible and willing to take the time to answer questions. And....Clean Public Restrooms! It might seem like a small detail, but in a world where clean, accessible public restrooms are becoming harder to find, Publix excels. Their bathrooms are consistently clean, well-maintained, and most importantly actually available.
