I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dylan, who was working the front end of the deli during today’s lunch rush. Despite a long line of customers, Dylan remained kind, present, and composed the entire time. That level of professionalism and calm under pressure is not something you see every day, and it truly stood out. I’d also like to extend a special thank-you to the leadership and supervisors at this Publix. Fellowship and teamwork often reflect strong leadership, and it’s clear that those in charge take the time to properly train and support their employees. Great job to the entire team—and especially to Dylan for an outstanding experience.

Meat department.... Buy your meat somewhere else. I opened my country ribs, and found it full of fat (on the under side). I know the butchers must see this. They should have thrown the piece away. 75% fat. But no, they packaged it (upside down) so the crappy fat wasn't showing. Not the first time. I was mad as hell. I should have brought it back. Like most of us.. I was prepping my meal. So it's too late to do it. Just saying. Cashier's and staff are great, produce department good, but the meat... I will not buy there again. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture

Wow i just went to this publix and the deli section to get mayonnaise to be honest and there was a lady giving out samples and her name was Dayan and I absolutely love the samples so good. I went back and asked her how we could order it and she gave me step-by-step how to order and even the sauce that they don't even have on the line, she gave me a little cup for them to put on. She just went above me and helped me and I absolutely appreciate that. It is workers like her that make coming to Publix a good experience that are just willing to help.

Please go over proper bagging with your courtesy clerks, or at least with the ones who are newer. Today, as we were checking out, we organized our items on the belt, placing like with like for easy unloading at home. We had two different baggers handling our order. The first was about to go on break. Rather than finish the order, they immediately stopped what they were doing and left before their relief was even ready to take their place. I'm certainly not too good to bag my own groceries, but that rubbed me the wrong way. What prompted me to write this, though, is between the first person and their replacement, not only did we get home with disorganized groceries, but a piece of my produce was crushed. The cuts in the fruit matched up exactly with the metal bars in the grocery cart, so I know it didn't happen in the car. I have patronized this Publix for the past decade, and it's not like I'm going to stop coming here. I used to bag groceries during college. I know how crappy customers can be, which is why I debated even typing this. It's just that I was really looking forward to that pear...

It’s an older location and it’s small, but it gets the job done. Maybe it’s time to upgrade.
