Publix Super Market at Temple Terrace

This Publix is ok. The prices are great, especially the BOGO’s. But the customer service or employees in general, especially the deli where they make the sandwiches and hot food, is NOT what you expect from a Publix store and they are not couponer friendly. But the bakery is on point and I get great cakes and other desserts from there.

No one and nothing can ever make me hate a Publix Supermarket. Always have the fruit selection I want and if not, always willing to make it for me , the deli section is always on point . Good quality on everything and always clean. Tea selection is always amazing. They have something for every occasion

This is a grocery store that doesn't have a branch from where I come (NJ). I visited others in NC & OH. It's close to Wegmans level if you live around the Tri-state area. Very comfortable shopping environment... I love their subs/sandwiches. It's very tasty. As good as Wegmans Sub but with different tastes. Hope that someday we can have it in NJ

I brought a roll of Tennessee Pride country mild sausage today 11/18 for dinner. Got home and cut it open to cook, a horrible smell hit my nose. The date said use or freeze by 10/25/2025. I went to exchange it, there were no more available. So I grabbed the next closest to substitute which was Jimmy Dean country mild, and it was $3.18 more. I asked about the exchange policy, the cashier said I had to pay the difference, even though there was no more of the other brand I had available. I left disappointed because I feel as though that exchange was supposed to go differently. I originally got the Tennessee Pride brand because that was what I could afford. I didn’t wanna borrow money to get something else.

Yvonne from deli is exceptional she has gone above and beyond with customer service. Her smile. Her knowledge of the cutting of my cold cuts were done as requested. She deserves a five star rating for her performance
