The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I need. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional — they really go out of their way to make shopping pleasant. Whether I’m doing a big grocery run or just stopping in for a few items, it’s always a smooth and enjoyable visit.

This used to be a good place to shop at, but its been getting worse everyday. the customer service is terrible almost all cashiers have bad attitudes, they sell fruits and vegetables that are gone bad and the list goes on. you order stuff from deli they either get your order wrong or not made in time. the people who bag groceries stuff so many items in one bag to the point they break the bag. this store has become so disappointing even the managers have bad attitudes and do not even greet customers. it used to be such good shopping here but not anymore.

The store was clean and well stocked. I went to the deli to have a sandwich made. There were two young ladies working at the time. Both were very pleasant. The only thing that took away from my experience was that only one of the ladies understood English. The guy next to me was trying to order five sandwiches and literally could not get it done. I felt bad for the poor woman that couldn't understand. She acted frustrated and was obviously embarrassed.

felt the true publix experience, was looking at sushi and the girl at the counter noticed i was lowkey lost, so she helped me and i was able to get the one I wanted 😋😋 it’s yummy

The deli department is so rude. They don’t acknowledge you, let you stand there for several minutes. It’s unacceptable. A simple I’ll be right with you would make the world of difference. I don’t get it. Pretty much every time no matter the time of day, they are just rude. I’m to the point where I’m like let me not go over there because I always feel like I’m bothering them. Sad honestly. Not the Publix of long ago by any means. Pleasure is out the window.
