I went in on Sunday, February 1st glad they had the Mardi Gras but ended up very disappointed!! They were dry, and cold no flavor bland like I was eating sand paper or they tried to reheat them!! My first time in this Publix the next time I won't bother. The potato wedges were OK they weren't hot either what gives Publix?? I heard they don't make them daily if this is what they are serving THANK GOD!! I started to take them dry things back to the store I don't live in the area I was passing through. The Publix near me (Hank Aaron Dr) you have to come early they sell out fast!! I wasn't near that one I probably would've been disappointed as they would've been OUT!! Seems like Publix is not living up to their mission statement. When they first opened on Hank Aaron Drive the service was GREAT!! Now not so good!! I hate they closed the Publix on Shallowford Rd I used to stop in on Wednesdays when I came through the area leaving the Henderson Mill VA. I know I was in the Ansley area don't believe I was near the mall not familiar with the area I was passing through. The wings wasn't glistening like they would be if they were HOT and FRESH!! From my door to the store is a 30 minute drive ONE WAY!! The reason I didn't bring them back!! Don't patronize me with that giving you another try/chance you only get ONE CHANCE to make that first impression with me and you BLEW THAT BIG TIME!! And why should I have to drive across the galaxy back to the store for the store to make things right?? They should've had things on point when I was in there!! With the food being cold I should've been able to get with my FOOD STAMPS instead of wasting my hard earned money!! Publix your service has gone down I used to want to shop at Publix but with taking chances and the costs of food and gas I won't waste my time even if I am in the area I will pass by Publix!! The services offered have become inconsistent at best not on point like they used to be with them high prices they need to get it back together SHAME ON YOU PUBLIX!!

Order for 2 pre-paid subs was not ready over 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Gentleman from the deli section was helpful in preparing the order when he realized his colleague had forgotten about it. However, I brought this up with a lady at customer service who dismissed the issue. Shopping was not a pleasure.

Nothing special about this location. Nothing bad either. They had exactly what i was looking for and at the price I was expecting. The store is clean and well lit. The staff are friendly. This location is in a strip mall so it may be hard to spot from the main road.

ANTHONY IN THE DELI IS THE BEST!!!!!!! Reminds me of my childhood experience in Publix. He is always pleasant and welcoming when doing his work. I come to this Publix for HIM at this point.

I asked the pharmacist about the difference between generic Claritin and regular Claritin. He told me to go to the medicine aisle (which made me feel like I was bothering him), then muttered “fillers” under his breath. When I said that’s exactly what I was asking about, he replied, “they both have fillers,” without explaining further. After I pointed out he wasn’t answering my question, he just stared at me. I ended up calling another employee to grab regular Claritin since I wasn’t going to get a clear answer—from the pharmacist. Won’t be coming to this Publix pharmacy again
