Kelly was very courteous and welcoming when I was checking out. I appreciate her energy. She really made me feel like I'd been coming there for years. & I definitely might be coming back for years thanks to her and the team at Publix for training their employees so well. It's true what they say Publix is where shopping is a pleasure!

The employees here constantly go above and beyond and I am always pleased to shop at this Publix location. Stephanie from the bakery the other day found a way to get the specific deli bread that I wanted, came and found me while I was shopping, and handed it to me. It really made my day!

1 star for the employees (even the miserable ones who work in the deli) and 0 stars for the management. To the skinny one with the spiky hair, the one with the super cool top-knot, and the one with glasses, you guys have to be the worst management team I’ve ever seen in person. Your deli team is in the weeds, your customer service team is in the weeds and all 3 of you were blowing up balloons in a circle by the flowers. It was insane to see. I will be reaching out to your regional management in the area to complain about all 3 of you. You should all be bagging groceries full time instead of leading a team.

Some employees are the bomb, stellar intrapersonal skills, then theres the DELI and BAKERY: Disgusting. The produce is never cut like requested. ALL THE TIME the pies, cake slices, cookes ALL OLD. They put labels with dates stating it has not expired but one bite into it and you taste the staleness. It really is unfortunate because ANY Publix in FL is GREAT, but GEORGIA,m nope!

Clean and great staff, but the deli takes way too long. I ordered a 6-inch sandwich and wedges, and it said I couldn't pick up until an hour later. When I got there for pickup, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my food.
