This was my first and will be my last time shopping at Publix. The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. Every employee I encountered carried themselves as if they were forced to be there—no greetings, no engagement, and no sense of professionalism. My biggest concern, however, was a serious sanitation issue at the deli. I observed rack trays being placed directly on the same counter where sandwiches are prepared. That is completely unacceptable and raises major health concerns. I brought this to the attention of management. While the manager initially asked what could be done to resolve the situation, the interaction quickly became unproductive. When I requested contact information for corporate (HQ) to formally escalate the issue, she refused to provide it and abruptly walked away, stating only that she would “address it.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic courtesy—none of which were demonstrated during this visit. I will not be returning to this location and strongly urge leadership to address both the customer service culture and food safety practices immediately.

Shoutout to the Deli, YES a Publix Deli. I was waiting in line to order. Only one worker was making a sandwich for the guy in front of me. Another worker was working on another tasks. She saw me and stopped what she was doing to assist me and others. She used visual perception and logically concluded that a line was forming. I have not seen this done in any other Publix deli's. Normally the worker would not even care to stop and help out ("not my job nor responsiblity now"). This location is smaller compared to other stores. There's hope. Big shoutout to Katrina and Tamika!!!

My first trip to buy some snacks at Publix was memorable. This super market is beautifully displayed, very orderly. The staff were wonderful especially Ratna and Mir Mohammad who went out of their way to help me. Their customer service was the excellent.

UNcooked "ready to go" chicken. Me and my friend stay pretty busy throughout the week. And a grab and go is a fast "" reliable"" option. But how reliable is food poisoning?! I brought two chickens. Both looked a bit pink and bleeding!! I can't afford to get sick. For publix high pricing I expect at least properly safe food to eat! C'mon Publix..

This is my favorite Publix location- staff is helpful and courteous and does a great job with their deli and hot foods. For whatever reason, the chicken tenders and wings are the BEST at this location! If you're going to get a sub, go see TaRay, the sandwich artist at the deli counter. TaRay infuses "love" into the sandwiches he creates, and you can taste the difference!
