Was in there in there not to long ago and I saw a manager yelling at an older worker over the insta cart orders and telling him a bunch of stuff once she hit corner by the western union center called him stupid and was tired of showing him stuff I understand working in customer service is tiring but that man is working people just forget too wasn’t the first time I’ve seen her scolding him no need to be so rude to someone trying to get by do better Publix

This deli is never prepared for lunch. I have always waited at least 30 plus mins when in store ordering. Today, I ordered online for 12:30 pick up. Arrived at 12:15 & waited only to have them start my order at 12:30 and apologize. My co worker and another man was unable to have their orders fulfilled and we weren’t notified that they ran out of chicken tenders until 12:45. Staff is polite. Just not prompt or prepared. Often times I’m told they are out of items do to waiting on a truck.

DO NOT go to this publix deli they are terrible. If you place an order online and they don’t have it they won’t call you or do anything about it then act like your inconveniencing them when your trying to get you food made. Management doesn’t help they just look at you crazy and it’s quite ridiculous. This has happened to me 3 times now. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PUBLIX

Traditional (Old School) Publix store layout. Store aisles and shelves are very neat, clean & fully stocked. Wide variety of fresh produce. Customized butcher service with meat & seafood. Overall grocery selection quanity is ample & fresh. Personnel are typically upbeat & polite, while fulfilling their standard duties.

Steven in the meat department deserves all the flowers. He was more than helpful with helping me find items for an order. It’s obvious he takes pride in his job and gives top tier customer service.
