Nan Thai never disappoints! The Thai sea bass specialty with scallops and shrimp was absolutely scrumptious — every bite felt light, bright, and full of flavor. My husband ordered the lamb chop, and he couldn’t stop talking about how tender and delicious it was. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a date night or a special evening out. The service was attentive and kind, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for fine dining with unforgettable dishes, Nan Thai is definitely a place I’d highly recommend.

I recently got back into town and after getting settled in, I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Ms. V at Publix customer service. I’m honestly not someone who usually leaves reviews. If I have bad customer service, I normally just leave it alone and move on, and even when I receive good customer service, I usually just appreciate it quietly and return without saying anything. But this experience was so outstanding that I truly felt like I had to say something. This wasn’t my first time at Publix, but it was my first time having to send money to pay my car note, and I was honestly horrified going into the process. When I got to customer service, Ms. V greeted me with so much kindness and patience from the very beginning. She walked me through everything, asked all the right questions, and made sure I understood exactly where my money was going. At one point my card declined and I immediately started to panic and became very emotional, but Ms. V stayed calm the entire time. She reassured me that we would get through it together and explained that sometimes larger payments can cause a card to decline. After I received a text from my bank, we tried again and thankfully everything went through. The amount of grace and compassion she showed me throughout the whole process truly meant so much. What started off as an overwhelming and stressful moment turned into one where I felt supported, understood, and cared for. Before I left, I asked her for a hug and she kindly gave me one and reassured me that anytime I come back and need help, not to be afraid to ask for her. Ms. V was truly an angel that day, and because of the way she treated me, I will absolutely continue returning as long as she’s at customer service.

Did a mini sweet 16 in the party room. My family had a lot of fun! The waitress we had was incredible!!! I only took a star off because the AC went out an it was 89° outside. But they found industrial fans to help cool the area off. The GM was super kind and helpful! Can't wait to host more parties!!!

Love this location! I sometimes arrive right when they open since I have an early start to my day, and I’m always welcomed in right away. From the front door to every department, the staff consistently greets me with smiles and “good morning.” The store is fully staffed and ready to go — even the deli was prepared to serve, though I didn’t grab anything this time. For one of the busiest locations in the city, they are truly crushing it. Great energy, great service, every time.

My experience today was exceptional! The customer service with one of the employees named JEFFERY, he’s been absolutely fantastic, he took charge when chaos was brewing and helped us with our catering order. Although there was a wait we excepted the ball dropping and he came to the rescue! Having a team member on staff like that not only shows pride and dedication but determination to execute the task at hand . Communications goes a long way and he steadily kept us in the loop. I recommend an opportunity for a higher position with financial support. He made the decision to help immediately before making another person default on this problem today. Mind you he’s not the regular staff at this store so I could only imagine how he takes charge at his own store. Like any relationship effective communication and understanding with people is what you need. These are leadership roles in which he has most definitely shown today . I he’s a great example of Great leadership sportsmanship, and overall being a good person highly recommended that he gets a raise or definitely a shot of appreciation from his peers and management.
