I’m a frequent shopper at Publix in Toco Hills, and every visit is consistently a great experience. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Lavita. Even though I don’t see her regularly, every time I do she makes a lasting impression. She is truly one of the sweetest employees I’ve come across. Her positive attitude and willingness to help always stand out. She carefully handles groceries and often goes the extra mile by assisting customers and even escorting them to their cars with their bags. It’s service like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a welcoming and customer-focused environment!

This Publix is the best Publix I’ve been to by far. Customer service is superb and they usually are always stocked with everything you need. Very rarely do I come here and what I need is not in stock.The only thing is that this is a very busy location so the parking lot is most likely always packed. Further more I wrote this review to say, I had a cold brew coffee container that I bought yesterday and when I got home, I realized the seal was broken because it had leaked all over my groceries. I called customer service and spoke with Latasha and she was more than accommodating. I was able to come up to the Publix and get a new one very easily. I drive past a Publix that’s closer to my house to go to this one just because it is always top-tier.

A few months ago I placed an order for catering online, went to pick up in store and was told they never received the order. Mind you, this was catering for a party. I was advised that next time I should call to confirm that the order was indeed received. The manager tried to make it right, so all was forgiven and I moved on. I placed another order this week, so I decided to call today (6/19 at 3:36pm) to make sure we don’t have a repeat of last time. The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude. Instead of acknowledging that this was a valid precautionary measure on my part, she put me on hold for 15 minutes straight after a condescending exchange. That’s it for me and Publix toco hills catering. They will not see me again. I’ll take my business elsewhere. 👍🏾

⭐️ Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The associate at customer service was very difficult and seemed to go out of her way to make a simple situation harder than it needed to be. I called the store afterward and spoke with a manager, hoping the issue would be addressed, but it felt brushed off, which made the experience even more frustrating. Customer service should be respectful, helpful, and solutions focused. This visit did not reflect that. This location seriously needs to do better.

I was in the Seafood Dept.and was having considerable difficulty deciding what would be best for my family and myself. I asked Joel for his opinion on some items. He was most helpful, informative, and cordial. Joel impressed me because he conveyed he cared about me as a customer and made me feel valued. I can tell he is such a great fit for this job, not only because of his knowledge base, but primarily his gift for connecting with customers. Joel really made my shopping experience a pleasure!
