I must say they have the best customer service. Their customer service team is exceptional. All of them. I’ve had experiences with all three of them and all three of them are amazing specifically the evening shift. They all deserve promotions. I have seen one young lady handle herself with such grace as she had to deal with a multitasking aggravated customer. On another occasion; well mannered , very polite , great customer service man in the evening ;one of my clients whom is a senior had an issue that had to have multiple things resolved and he handled it like a pro. Then today I walk in, I was disrespected by the self checkout assistant as he specifically told me I can go to customer service and check out, so I went to customer service already angry at the self checkout, I go to customer service and this young lady,happy good energy , well mannered and very professional , literally made my whole experience at Publix work for the best. Made me forget, I even had an issue. Amazing. She made me forget that I even had an issue. Exceptional customer service. However, your fruit section needs a little checking because noticed a couple of fruits not up to standard. (Had to return my grapefruit )However ;wonderful customer service in the produce department evening as well. Very helpful. Thank you

management today (the balding man in the pink shirt and the woman with a ponytail and striped shirt) was unhelpful and in the way. very off brand that this southern classic company would have FOH employees with negative energy and poor customer service. if i come again and have the same issue the employees names will be updated in this review. i hope to see the wonderful produce manager working when returning. she is a great example of outstanding customer service and store management. im glad i now know who to avoid when shopping at Publix!!

Beautiful location right in the heart of Buckhead. Spacious parking lot amazing building surrounding lots of places to eat right in this area. This location has a café coffee bar you can pull up to and brew ☕️ up some action 🇺🇸💯👏🏽🐺 Thankful that they purchased this beautiful development. Will be a staple for the neighborhood for a long time to come.

Publix associate who visited from out of town. Probably the coolest Publix I’ve been to. Didn’t know we had a POURS location in Atlanta. Definitely worth a stop before/after a concert!

Absolutely love the new Publix in Buckhead! The store is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The coffee shop upstairs is a great touch—perfect spot to relax with a latte or smoothie. Tons of fresh food options, from sushi to pizza and wings. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!
