Pharmacy techs were amazing. However, when I checked out at the register with some other items that had a sign buy 2 get one free the lady at the register refused to honor the discount even after I went and took a picture. Stating the register wasn't ringing up that way. Pharmacy and pharmacist were great tho and I was there picking up prescriptions. 1st time in there.

I used to enjoy coming to this store, but today I had an extremely bad experience at this store. I won a free lottery ticket and one of the staff to redeem for me. This person scan my ticket first, and said to me they don’t have any ticket at the counter so he needs to get the ticket from the ticket machine. He then let me wait for like 3 minutes—-for some reasons he start to take care the customer after me. Then he scan my ticket at the machine, and of course at this time the machine says this ticket has already been redeemed. He called over the manager, and a senior staff member came to scan the ticket again. Instead of helping me, she spoke to me with a dismissive and rude tone, simply saying the ticket had already been redeemed—without acknowledging that it was their own staff who had scanned it. The original staff member, who had scanned the ticket in the first place, said absolutely nothing. He just stood there, silent, as multiple employees stared at me like I'm a liar and cheater. I’ve never felt so wronged, humiliated, and uncomfortable in a store. Winning a ticket should be a happy moment—but instead, I found myself being treated like a criminal for something I didn’t do. Still, I stood my ground(and I’m proud of myself for that!) Eventually, the manager did redeem my ticket—but with a look and tone that made it feel like I had done something wrong. At that point, the entire experience felt like a nightmare. To sum it up: do not buy lottery tickets from this store on a whim. And if you do win anything, make sure a senior team member handles it from the start—and make sure there are multiple witnesses. Otherwise, you will find yourself in Desdemona’s shoes, and forced to defend your integrity in public.

Im surprised this supermarket still open. The produce section rarely has fresh items, the ready to eat chicken is mostly presented undercooked, and the aisles are dark and sad. The only good thing about this place is the staff, with the exception of the deli team, they seem to have an issue with helping clients. I wish I could attach a pic of what management accepts as a "chicken salad", along with the proof of purchase to show this isn't a random post. I will definitely be driving the extra 5 mins to another Publix.

⭐️ I’ll take responsibility first. The cashier, Ari, presented very masculine to me, and I made a comment thinking it was a compliment. I later realized it may have been inappropriate, and I apologized to her directly. However, the situation escalated for no reason. When I asked for a simple price check, she began raising her voice and making a scene. Even after I apologized, she kept going on and on — even after I moved to a different cashier in the front where the manager was standing. What made it worse was the management. The manager told her to “have compassion” before even knowing what happened and never once acknowledged me or asked for my side. When I explained I had already apologized, I was ignored. That’s not professional. I owned my mistake, but the staff allowed the situation to spiral instead of handling it calmly. Unfortunately, this experience gets one star.

Publix is truly my favorite store in the community. I first started coming here when visiting AMC Theater across from Phipps Plaza, and over time this has become a location I frequent regularly. The team consistently lives up to their motto of making shopping a pleasure. Vince, Terry, Sarah, Howard, and Dan all go above and beyond to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness — I look forward to seeing you again soon.
