I frequent this location often, I’ve noticed that the employees won’t greet me but will greet other customers which is highly rude to me. This morning I came in right after work, picked up 4 items. The cashier (Taslina is what my receipt says) greeted the man in front of me finished with him. She got to me and didn’t say anything at all but instead started conversing with her coworker, before she even finished ringing me up. Which again was rude. I’m not expecting a conversation but at least a “good morning, hello” just how she spoke to the person in front of me I’m a paying customer just like everyone else, I’m starting not to feel welcomed at this location. Again this is not the first time this has happened here

This was hands down one of the most infuriating and poorly managed experiences I’ve ever had at a Publix. I stood waiting at the counter for an absurd amount of time, along with an elderly woman who was clearly struggling to remain standing, while service crawled at a near standstill due to a single large order that went on and on...What made it worse was that this wasn’t due to a lack of staff — it was due to complete mismanagement and indifference. I personally spoke to the assistant manager, Spencer, and asked for help for the overwhelmed employee at the hot foods counter. His response? A casual excuse that they were “spread thin” and that more workers would show up at 2:30 p.m. That does absolutely nothing for the customers being ignored right now. Meanwhile, I could clearly see other deli employees in the back hanging meat and cheese instead of stepping in to help during a rush. Watching that while customers, including a senior, were left waiting endlessly was beyond frustrating. It was incompetent, tone-deaf, and completely unacceptable. This wasn’t just slow service it was a total failure of leadership. If this is how this store is run, then Publix has seriously lost sight of what customer service is supposed to be. I will absolutely think twice before ever coming back, and I strongly suggest management takes a hard look at how badly this situation was handled. Please do better Publix Deli!

Came to pick up my daughter’s cake and wasn’t made aware that they didn’t have the ring placements for her cupcakes also one of the colors were wrong on my order with her cake, while there I was told it was discounted by $10 on the tag, but I wasn’t notified on the “why” prior to pickup. I had even called to make sure the pick up was ready this past Saturday and no one told me during that call either, the young lady just said it was all ready. Valerie in the bakery showed a lot of concern for the lack of communication and offered to drive to a nearby Publix to pick up the decorations that were missing from my order for my daughters birthday. She drove there to get them and brought them to me! She was so caring, made a decision to help and turn my experience around so quickly! I honestly didn’t expect that! Thank you again Valeria! People like you are rare these days with that type of customer service. Bless you! Publix is lucky to have you.

Ms.Valerie is an absolute sweetheart. She helped my sister with her personalized birthday cake and she did a phenomenal job. I can’t express enough how amazing she treated us. Our experience was a 11/10.

Horrible customer service experience at the "Customer Service" station. I was "helped" by a young man named Miguel and he was very rude, unfriendy and non responsive. Barely acknowledged me and wouldn't even say your welcome when thanked. Handed me my receipt without even saying a word. Definitely not a good representation of Kroger which mostly has very friendly staff. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. 2365 Peachtree Rd, NE location 30305
