This store isn't a Publix. If Jenkins was still around today, he would close this store. The store and parking lot are absolutely filthy. The employees are friendly however, very untrained. I visited the deli 3 times while in town. The sub line was 15 people long or more. It took me 30+ minutes to get a sub. The aisles looked terrible and run down. This store shows a true lack in leadership. People need to wake up and review this store honestly so that change can happen.

I had an absolute amazing experience with Ms. Lawana Wise at this location. This lady deserves everything and more. She made my shopping experience one for the books. Today is my birthday and she treated me with such care it almost brought me to tears. Please keep beautiful people like this in our community. It makes a huge difference. Kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back to this location.

Extremely inefficient. I just stood in line for 30 mins for sandwiches I ordered online & been on the counter prepared already. The picture shown clearly appears to be a line intentionally made for the deli counter. I stood by those ropes for 15 mins while the lady behind the counter kept staring at me & didn’t say a word. After a while of her staring I got the vibe that I was in the wrong & basically jumped a bunch of ppl in line. So apparently everybody that’s standing behind the hot food counter was ordering subs. Made no sense to me, especially when I’ve order once before (another terrible experience by the way) & the spot I originally stood in “used” to be the sub line. So instead of being rude I got in line with everybody else. Again workers never said anything. It’s like 10 subs pilled up on the counter & 5 of them were mines & not one time did 1 out of the 4 of them bother to stop & say “pick up for so & so, or pick up line over here” no signage, no communication, nothing. The only system they had was a make shift line clearly constructed by the customers & 1st come 1st serve. I finally get up to the counter & they tell me oh you could’ve just said you had a pick up. Ok so I was supposed jump all theses ppl in line, expect you to stop helping the customer in front of you to hand me my order? Because I feel like if I would’ve done that everybody would’ve look at me as rude and impatient. Anyway this review long enough but this is exactly why I eat at home. I feel like I’m more considerate of the staff then they are to the customers. Publix & this location especially don’t have to worry about me shopping here again. The customer service is trash here & always out of stock.

Always busy. But there is pretty good customer service at this location. There are several security guards that stand at the front of the store for wanderers that may linger in. However the store is clean, well stocked and there are usually several lines to choose from. But most of the time they don't have enough registers open for the amount of people that are in line! Normally about 3 out of six lines are open with you scan. So it's normally pretty backed up.

My FAV neighborhood super market. Literally, half a mile from my home. Perfect location. Amazing leadership, management and friendly staff. Clean and organized store. I always find exactly what I need. Highly satisfied patron. Plus, everyone always greats you throughout the store. Leadership, managers, floor staff, cashiers...everyone!!! THANK YOU, PUBLIX. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 The only thing is I wish you were in Union City vs South Fulton. If I could pick your store up and move you a few hundred yards across the street 😂, you'd be in MY City where I am a Commissioner on the Union City Development Authority. And the money I spend at your location would benefit MY City. LOL But that's okay. I still have mad love for this location. Thanks for being a South Fulton County staple in the community. 🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩
